Jessica Cooper is one of our "heritage" leaders. Pastor Taylor was Youth minister at her church when she was only 2 years old. She has also been a part of Pastor Taylor's youth & children's ministry since she was a teen ager at another church.

Pastor Jessica is an Associate Youth & Children's pastor, working under direct leadership of Pastor Sarah Carroll.
 

The Children's ministry is called: Kid S.T.O.R.M. (Kids Serving The Only Real Master) with the set design dealing with the Ark, and the staff wear raincoats, and Umbrella hats. They meet on Sunday mornings in the fellowship hall.

The Lord moved upon us a few years ago at the Haven of Hope Church during a youth service, the week after our trip to a Shabbach Youth Conference with our youth group. He led us to this scripture, and we have seen several ministers make a statement, that when the text of the
KJV was translated, the original language, Hebrew, had no form of punctuation.

and these ministers like to look at the verse above like this...

"When the enemy shall come in,
LIKE A FLOOD
the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him."

So we changed the name of our youth ministry, to The Flood Youth Ministries.

The Flood Youth Ministries, and meets on Wednesday nights at 7:30, where they hold church services geared towards teens. The service is loaded with games, fun time, awesome praise & worship music, preaching, and altar services.

The services utilize a lightshow, full sound system, video music trax, and special effects.

But the services are full on spiritual time with both age groups!

Pastor Jess is instrumental in leading the kids in worship, praise, and their spiritual life, as she not only preaches, and prays with them in the altars, but she mentors, and counsels with them outside of the services.

Pastor Jess also serves on the Praise team in the sanctuary, and labors intently in many other areas of the church.
